I never had to worry about the escrow one bit, When I had an escrow check returned to me, she continually kept me posted on the process and checked to make sure my check was returned.

Terri was always available to me to answer and/or explain any issues or questions regarding my new home. Even a week after I moved in and I came upon on issue, she was available and helped me through it.

My overall experience was fantastic. If it wasn't for Terri, I wouldn't have found the perfect house for me. She treated me as if I was her only client - incredibly patient and helpful.
